By creating an account or using SAVA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with part of them, please do not use the app.
SAVA recommends films and television. You like or pass on titles, and SAVA builds a picture of your taste from those choices and orders what it shows you next accordingly.
SAVA does not stream anything and hosts no video. Title information — names, posters, summaries, years, genres — comes from the public TMDB database, and a watch link takes you out to a separate service that we neither own nor operate.
One account stays active on at most two devices at a time. Signing in on a third asks you to sign one of the others out — nothing is ever signed out automatically behind your back. The list of active devices is in Settings.
Each device gets one seven-day free trial. The trial is bound to the device and not only to the account, so deleting the app and creating a new account on the same handset does not produce a second trial.
Using SAVA after the trial requires a subscription. Depending on where you got the app, payment goes through one of these:
Each build uses only its own payment method. This is not a technical limitation but a store requirement: a build installed from the App Store cannot send you to a card gateway, and vice versa.
Prices are shown before you pay. Your subscription starts when the payment is confirmed, and if you already have an active subscription the new period is added to it rather than replacing it.
For purchases made through the App Store, managing and cancelling the subscription happens in the Subscriptions section of your Apple account settings; SAVA has no part in it. Purchases made by bank card or through SibApp do not auto-renew and simply end when the period is over.
For App Store purchases, refund requests go to Apple directly. For card or SibApp purchases, if you were charged and your subscription did not become active, contact support and we will investigate and put it right: support@cheetateam.dpdns.org
While using SAVA, you may not:
Content you post in the social section is your responsibility. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.
If you break these terms we may limit your access or close your account. You may delete your account entirely from Settings at any time, in which case your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not refund the remainder of a subscription.
We work to keep SAVA available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
The SAVA name, design, copy, and code are ours. Film and television information and artwork belong to their respective owners and are made available through TMDB.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
We may update these terms. The date of the most recent change is always at the top of this page, and we will tell you about significant changes in the app itself. Continuing to use SAVA after a change means you accept the new version.
